Update!

Nothing exciting, just got some more Pokemon, been super busy, so sorry for the dull post.

I'm at forty eight, but I only remember catching a Growlithe and a Doduo.

Hmm. I'll look it up again later.

EDIT: Ohhh, nevermind, I forgot to put in that I evolved Kadabra into Alakazam. It all adds up. Sleep well friends. =]

Another Update

Abra evolved into Kadabra! Oddish evolved into Gloom!

I also caught an Onix and a Machop.

This all happened while traveling through the Rock Cave. -.- That is a horrid place through which to pass with only two high leveled Pokemon and no Potions. Also, running into a Zubat every five steps was ridiculously unsettling. However, I skipped several trainers, I think three, and managed to pull through! Now I am in Lavender Town, and really would rather not go back there to fight the trainers, unless I have to.

Anyways, onward and upward I suppose. I don't plan on leveling up my Kadabra, considering it learns the same moves at the same levels when it is Alakazam. So I'm planning on evolving some other ones before moving on with the story.

New Pokemon!

I'm now up to forty one Pokemon, I've unlocked the Time Capsule in Silver, wherein I caught several unobtainable, or at least hard to obtain Pokemon. After meeting Bill in Ecruteak City, I set the "date/time" ahead by a day, and was able to trade with Pokemon Red. In Red I caught some simple Pokemon, mostly Rattatas and Pidgeys, and commenced trading.

I received a Vulpix, a Ditto, a Bellsprout, an Eevee, and two Abra: one of which I traded for a Mr. Mime.

I also evolved my Paras into a Parasect, and caught a Voltorb. I'm quite happy with myself. =]

Gotta Catch 'Em All!

Hello, I am Blagstoise, and this is my blag.

I am currently on a quest to capture all 493 Pokemon, and more, should more arrive.

I plan on getting "All" of the Pokemon for each Generation, so I'm starting with Pokemon Red. It would be Blue, but I can't find my copy. I plan on catching all original 151, either through wild catches or leveling up. Once I complete my Pokedex, I will send them all to my profile on Silver, where I will catch and level the next 100 Pokemon, and pass them forward, and so on. I understand that it probably won't "count" as owning them if I just send the evolved forms forward a generation, but I'm determined enough to send up more of the non-evolved, just so that it will count as owning all of them in each Generation. It is a daunting and pointless task, I know, but the sense of accomplishment I will feel when I reach that point will be unmeasurable.

I currently have about 33 different Pokemon on Red so far, and may begin making a list of what I need when I narrow it down to about 50 or so. I will update occasionally, and if you have any comments or whatever, feel free to email me at blagstoise@gmail.com!
